Leo's Bakery and Deli at 101 Despatch Drive, East Rochester, New York.

Placed an order over the phone for a custom-made cake. Lady who tooked the call was not so happy nor very cordial. She seemed annoyed, no more like disgusted to take the call. I asked if decorations could also be placed around the cake but she said it will be very very hard for them to do it. Why do they even provide pictures of cakes on their website with decorations around them? I'm willing to pay extra! This is just one bad experience with customer service. Too bad, I really liked this place. I won't be patronizing this bakery again. Update: So I picked up the cake and sigh, it was the saddest decoration ever, my husband and I agreed. It looked like a kindergarten made it. The ones they posted on their website were misleading and false advertising. However, the cake was tasty.
